Information we use

Fect uses your name, email address, school selection, subject choices, syllabus progress, generated tests and mark schemes to provide your teaching and learning workspace. We use your email only to send sign-in codes and account messages.

We also use a signed device identifier and a hashed IP address to prevent repeated free-plan claims. We do not store your raw device identifier or IP address for this purpose.

How information is used and protected

Your information is used to run your account, keep your learning content available, protect the service from misuse, process subscriptions, and improve reliability. Account and app data are stored in our secured database with access limited to people and services that operate Fect.

Payments

Payments are processed by Linkwa. Card and wallet details are entered on Linkwa’s secure checkout and are not received or stored by Fect. We keep payment status, amount, currency and transaction references so we can activate and support your plan.

Service providers

We share only the information needed to operate Fect with service providers for authentication, email delivery, secure hosting, AI-assisted test generation and payment processing. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can review your account details and billing history in Fect. To request access or correction, email gelminofficial@gmail.com. You can request account deletion from inside the app or from the web. We may retain limited payment and fraud prevention records when required by law or needed to protect the service, and will explain any retention when responding to a deletion request.

We may update this policy when Fect changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.
