Delete your account
To request deletion, email us from the address you use to sign in to Fect. Use “Fect account deletion request” as the subject. You can make this request from inside the app or from this page without opening the app.

We will verify the request, delete your Fect account and its associated subject choices, class progress, generated tests and saved files, then confirm by email. We may retain limited records where required for payment, fraud prevention or legal obligations, as explained in our privacy policy.
